Good Coffee - Now THIS is Good Coffee!

What determines a good coffee? Who's to judge? What qualities should my beans display to be classified as "good coffee"? And when I find out what makes a good coffee, good, how can I make sure I'm getting quality beans before I buy from the supplier? Read on!

Good coffee is determined by several factors; genetics, storing condition, nation of origin, and color. Although the true answer is preference-dependent, most americans say the arabica bean makes the best coffee. Good coffee is not stored in bags for long periods of time. Coffee is not like wine; it gets worse with age. If coffee is not stored properly, it can quickly go from good coffee to bad coffee. The nation of orgin is also preference, but I prefer columbian blends. The color of a good coffee bean is very important. The lighter the bean, the more potent the flavor, smell, and caffiene content.

Good coffee is chosen by the "coffee blend conessiours". There are internet forums, social groups, and high-budgeted orginizations dedicated to researching the best coffee blends. Up until now, these connessiours have HATED instant coffees; (Starbuck's Via, Folger's instant, and more...). But recently, there's been a shift for the coffee community. A new coffee company called Organo Gold has provided an innovation that's stirred up coffee drinkers all over the world. They made the very first legitimate "Gourmet Instant Coffee Blend".

Organo Gold's gourmet coffee is the first instant blend which coffee drinkers have been able to view as "good coffee". Apparantly it's also the first coffee that eliminates the "coffee crash" and "coffee jitters". I don't get those anyways, but the acidity in normal coffee really bothers my stomach. Trying Organo Gold's instant blend for the first time last week, I've had 2 cups a day without stomach upset since. To read about the science behind it's smoothing powers, check out Organo Gold's Website. I'll throw a link below:
